Pirates Cove at Lake Mead

Has to be one of the coolest houses in the country (If you want to call it a "house"). I was there last weekend. It was my 5th time being there. Its much harder to go there now because the owner mostly rents it out to companies. I'm having major withdrawals because I know it could be years before I ever get to go again.

Anyone else been?

I thought that was PKM's guest house.

Haha, no way PKM is this rich.

Dude, the place looks fantastic, but it's Boulder City, not friggin' Beverly Hills. PKM probably went and pawned his pinky ring and bought that property with the proceeds since you posted that just to show you who is boss and to make sure you're never able to go back now.

Really though, that's how more rich people should build. And not just fun second homes or whatever. That should be their main house. I hate the big stuffy houses with all the furniture that nobody wants to touch and all the rooms that nobody wants to go in. And then the pools that are always covered and just seem totally inaccessible. It seems pointless. At least have some fun with it if you're going to build a monster. Build a lot of trap doors/secret rooms. Something.

Yea he definitely spends his money well. He has about 4 homes like this with different themes. Everytime you go to a place you have to sign a waiver that you wont sue him if you get hurt.

Great post.

Yes.

My company designed and built Craig a home in our development here in the Geez.

Ive stayed at that house too. The one with the tree in the middle of it? If that's really your company props to you. That house is amazing. When you have all the walls opened up its incredible.

You been to the Grandma's big estate over in Green Valley? That's another fun house as well.

Yes, I've been to the big estate across from Green Valley. Very nice land, etc.

Y'all ever been to 'Berta? Pretty fine real estate up in this bish, if you like 4 seasons (well, more like 2).
