Hard to justify building beautiful homes when they're covered in snow for more than half the year. Think about it.

And the other part of the year the land is too beautiful to 'screw up' with a building of any kind. <3
Edmonton was just very poorly planned-- could've been a gorgeous city, with lotsa amenities. Still aint bad, and I wouldn't choose to live anywhere else doe.
PKM, have you ever been to Craigs other properties like Oakley or the place in Washington state?
Hey Peeks, have you ever had waffles with Craig in this uptown café in Fayetteville?
BTW, Bean.. Craig is a regular guy at Entrada. More than a dozen billionaires with vacation homes here. Not enough time to suck all their balls.
Pirates Cove is worth some coin purse licking.
but srs, not all of the commercial architecture in my neck of the woods is that bad, and the Rocky Mountains are purdy.
Sure wish we had some rocky mountains in Utah.

Winter and winter?Y'all ever been to 'Berta? Pretty fine real estate up in this bish, if you like 4 seasons (well, more like 2).

Winter and winter?
That is gorgeous.
How much would cost to have something built like Craigs?
To modify it 5-7 years ago, one would have to spend almost $5M.
