Edmonton was just very poorly planned-- could've been a gorgeous city, with lotsa amenities. Still aint bad, and I wouldn't choose to live anywhere else doe.

Most cities that came later were over-planned with a less organic approach to growth and 'feel' overly contrived. Sao Paulo, Brazil as an excellent example. Sometimes regular people come up with better stuff than the 'geniuses' that know what's best for everyone.

BTW, Bean.. Craig is a regular guy at Entrada. More than a dozen billionaires with vacation homes here. Not enough time to suck all their balls.

Ah, "Craig" is/was a NuSkin guy. Makes sense now that he would build something awesome. That's just the Provo running through his blood showing out in architectural choices.
