Flash Roster

Now stands at 8 after they shipped out Dontell Jefferson to Idaho. Room for Hayward and Evans to head down the freeway. Jefferson and Ronnie Brewer were college teammates at Arkansas.

I see the Flash added Lance Allred who had 12 points 7 board in a Flash win on the road and 4-4 from the foul line.

I think they need to send Hayward and Evans both down but not at the same time. It's not that they couldn't contribute to the Jazz but they need playing time and lots of it.

Hayward needs to go down there to find his shot. I'm not sure where it went, but it seems as if he lost it after that Pre-season game in LA.

Try his freshman year at Butler.

I really think he still has a shot but is suffering from a confidence problem. I have a hard time believing that someone who can shoot 90%+ from the line can't shoot the ball. He may ultimately not have NBA three range, but he should be able to knock down those Harpring curl shots all day once he learns to properly come around a screen.

Jefferson Jefferson is a strange name.

I saw him do that curl and get open in garbage time against the "Young Bucks", and proceeded to shoot a beautiful airball.
He was wide open, and got a good look. Maybe he needs to do more squats, I think he had no legs after playing defense for a possession.

That shot was pretty indicative of someone who needs to play in game situations. He totally rushed the shot and faded away from the defender (who had no chance at blocking it). He is a long way from contributing.

I know it's against the CBA, but Okur's situation would be perfect to send him to the Flash to get his game condition and legs under him. They allow it in baseball. This would be the perfect situation for him.

That's definitely one change they need to make to the D-League. The T-Wolves are doing that with Jonny Flynn right now, although he is only a 2nd year player, but he is definitely a rotation NBA player when healthy.
