14th Tank Platoon

NY has a really easy schedule in March. They play @Det, Utah, @cle, Phi, @Bos, Mil, @phi, Cle, @LAL, @Sac, @Utah. Will they win enough of those to make a difference, who knows. That depends on how many the Jazz win.

You call having that many road games an easy schedule? They are a bad team, bad teams dont win road games often.

Or they can give those games to other teams. They'll likely lose both to Utah. I have zero hope of them winning on the road, except perhaps against Philly. That might be a game they can't manage to lose, no matter how badly they perform.

But forget NY, Utah is going to have a fight to avoid falling out of the top-10. Detroit, New Orleans and Denver are all in free fall.

They should win at least 4-5 of those games, and the ones they don't will help the Jazz too. The teams they are playing are in tank mode (except for the Jazz). I think NY can win 5-7 of those games.

Jazz just need to stop winning. If they keep winning, then it won't matter what NY, NO, Det, Den do.

I will be surprised if they win half of them.

If Jabari goes there, then I might look into the team :P

I'm mostly just saying that they are in a nice position and I wish the jazz were like that too. It sucks that Denver has the hardest remaining schedule too.
Detroit has a tough schedule too if you look at home vs. away games left.
Pelicans more favorable in that respect than Utah, but they're not even trying anymore. At least their next two are at Sacramento and the Lakers, so that will help whichever way those games end up. If NO doesn't put some distance on Utah in March, they'll finish with a worse record; they could/should go 0-for-April.
