Could Exum and Smart co-exist with Trey Burke?

Could they co-exist with Trey as a 2 guard?

I've wondered this too, would a lot of people complain about Burke going to the bench?

Im not so sure Burke goes to the bench. He might be the better player and the better player should start. If its Smart then so be it. It would probably be a little uncomfortable for both of them so it might be a little problem.

What's wrong with a Hayward/Burke backcourt? So what happens to Hayward? We move him to SF where he'll have to go up against guys like Lebron and Durrant? Yikes. Or do we trade him/let him walk?

Somebody has to guard them and nobody's going to stop them. Hayward is a decent defender. He has some obvious advantages at the 2, but playing him at the 3 shouldn't hurt the team. Besides if Gordon gets the money he wants you expect him not to get buried by even the cream of the crop.

Now the question is are Smart and Exum going to end up being better than Burks? Probably so but Burks still has such amazing potential.

dude, do about 3 seconds of research and you'll see that Smart can easily guard 2s. Easily.

Exum will get bullied a bit, but he has a lot of good raw tools.

And Exum has already shown he can put on muscle at a good rate.

Cutino Mobley and Stevie Franchise take two.

Oh joy!

One project and one who might be Tony Allen someday. That will for sure save us from the lottery next year!

I thought we were trying to avoid a culture of losing?
