Rebuild with 10+ years vet only

if jazz are trying to follow spurs model.
wouldn't it make sense to trade every single player with potential.
for established players.

a team full of 10-12+ year vets :D

To be honest, the FO has said we're following so many incompatible models. So far, we've heard:

1. Spurs
2. Memphis
3. Bulls
4. OKC

Anything to sell hope.

When did they get those players who are now 10-12 yrs+?
The Spurs model is to develop young talent, hang on to that talent, and draft well at the bottom end. And it doesn't hurt when your stars are willing to take less than market value to keep the team together,

We're following the court-side development model with our guys. The one thing that's not clear is why we haven't signed Spike Lee as surely he should be ripe for a breakout with the type of Corbin-approved development experience he's received.

Actually, I left out an important point: the Spurs model includes having a HOF coach.

Why don't they just go for their own model instead of trying to bite everyone elses...

Oh wait, we did and that is sit on our asses and let Jerry Sloan and Tyrone Corbin coast through their contracts with the team.
