My bad. I didn't mean to offend anyone but Dick Jeffy.

I have neither a combover or a toupe. I unfortunately have thick and fast growing Harry Potterish hair that can't be tamed.
 
Few Bright spots for this season. If our draft pick sucks, then this season will have basically been useless.

The mere fact that two of our starters are vets. Jefferson has started all games thus far, tells you all you need to know about this season.

On the flip side, Trey's defense in this game was atrocious. The same in Dallas game. He needs to use his lateral quickness to stop the bigger guards from penetrating and then overpowering over him around the basket. This is something that Trey needs a lot of work on.

Defense is the LAST thing I'm worried about right now. Look at it this way:

If you were a 20 year old millionaire, playing on a team that doesn't cars about anything but their next contract, with a lame duck coach with no offensive or defensive plan, would you put forth 110% effort every night?

Me neither.

His defense will be fine.

The pick and roll looked really good to me when they were running it. Burke and Favors specifically.

Get a defensive-minded coach to implement and teach a team defense (and mentality), let them run a little bit more than they have, go back to using the pick and roll and have them play to their strengths. Start off the season with your Core5 as the starters, then work your new rookies, Gobert, Neto, Evans, Murphy, Garrett, Clark and maybe Thomas off the bench. Bet they have a MUCH better (and more fun) season than this past one.

Burks is not the best player on the team. Hayward and Favors are better than him IMO.
