Last night I got gerbil brain in the middle of the night I started to think how sucky the Jazz have been this year as has everyone on the board. Locke's critique of last night was both interesting and damning. I agree that RJeff was chucking like mad last night so much so that he made CJ seem like a defense first kind of guy. Also it made me wonder what RJ and Marvin are doing playing at all right now. Marv is hurting and RJ is waiting for a deal from a contender next year. Why not let the youngsters play and get some tape on them. I think the youngsters could have held the Mavs to at least 94 percent shooting in the first quarter. Just a hunch on my part. It also donned on me that the players that got cut out of training camp and including Mikey Harris might have given the Jazz more wins if they had replaced RJeff, JLIII, Beans and Rush on the roster. I know about the other guys being guaranteed but this is how sad this team is right now. So we are still playing old guys when it seems like the prudent thing to do would be to play the new guys like Murphy, Thomas, Ian and Gobert and give them a taste. Last night Enes looked like he turned a corner and I think Jeremy has been screwed over by Ty by having him ride pine most of the year. Anyway that's my $.02 while battling insomnia.l
