Ha, caught you finally! So, this blog is bogus. How would you know if someone is banned? CJ obviously has access to this blog, but doesn't know what he is doing. I received a message from admin saying that CherBear had the same IP as me and would be banned. But the IP was from california with a different ISP, and I am in Utah. No idea where Cher is. I'm writing an article about this now that my research into this is complete.
Very likely this post will be deleted, but I have the information I need now.
Whoever provided Mantis with private information about another member needs to be aware of the FTC to whom I intend to report this: https://www.ftc.gov/ftc/privacy.shtm

Any user can look at cherbear's user profile (https://jazzfanz.com/member.php/916-cherbear) and see the account is banned. Now since every post the account made was in this thread, and nearly every post made inexplicably agreed with you, all one of the mods had to do was check the IPs (which is within their legal rights) and then banned the account for being a duplicate, which you just confirmed.
At now point did Mantis or anyone else claim they had access to your "personal information". An IP address isn't personal information, it's readily and legally available to any of the mods and admins on this site. Go check the site's TOS, I'm sure it's all in there.
You're not going to fool anyone into thinking this is some grave injustice (which if the account isn't you or someone you know that lives in your house, why would you ****ing care anyway?). You're certainly not going to scare anyone with your asinine little legal threats. Just piss off already. Go make your own forum (and it's called a FORUM, not a blog you ****ing retard), where you can do nothing but bash CJ Miles all day and then make fake accounts so that there's someone there to agree with you.
Side note: After looking at cherbear's posts again, this kid obviously has mental problems. He's posing to be a FEMALE, who has a boyfriend who also hates CJ Miles and thinks Gordon Hayward is the bees knees.
