I'm not sure quite what you're asking. Are you talking about filter avoidance infractions or are you talking about inappropriate content infractions? If you're talking about the former: they are nearly always obviously when an individual has deliberately bypassed the filter via creative mis-spelling. If it's something that's not quite that obvious than typically a warning would given instead of an infraction (unless that individual has received previous warnings on that matter). If you're talking about the latter: if it's something that's inappropriate for a general audience, then what would it matter that it might be everyday speech for an individual?

I was referring specifically to bypassing the filter. There are ways people may express certain phrases that might incidentally bypass the filter without expressly attempting to figure out a way to bypass it on purpose. Like one might say "sonofabitch" to more closely approximate how they might say it in speech that might just incidentally bypass the filter without directly trying to. Is that taken into account when assessing infractions. You more or less answered it, so I'm cool.
