Are they too far past their prime or could they teach the youngsters to quit jackpotting around and to not play in their tuxedos? Discuss
**** no. We are trying to move on from the old school way of thinking. We need a coach who understands the NBA now. Not to mention (though I loved Sloan as the coach for years) Sloan definitely does not have the fire to be a head coach anymore. The interest he showed in his last few years was a shadow of his former self. I just don't have interest in them as coach and there is no way that an analytics guy like Lindsey hires an old school coach that ignores that end of the game.
