Offer to Cavs for #1 is to draft Wiggins not Parker

Yeah, but the thing is, he is a physical marvel.

He looks the part, yes. But Durant destroyed college. Lebron didn't get the chance, but I would have bet he would. Wiggins got the chance, and didn't destroy college.

I just feel like sure fire #1 picks should destroy college. He probably will be great, but I'm not sure "probably" makes giving up Favors worth it.

People proposing Lebron signs with Cleveland have quickly forgotten Dan Gilbert's open letter and Lebron's strong dislike of the man that came with that.

Lebron's not signing there.

He played very well last season. He does things only a handful of people on the planet can do.

So even if he's "probably" gonna be great, that's not worth giving up Favors? I think it's safe to assume Favors is far less likely to be great at this point.

I do agree in a sense, but he flat out picked the wrong damn college. Kansas coach wanted to make a point of "this is my ****** team" not Andrew Wiggins team. I think theres something to this.

Also, I am convinced that Andrew is more like LeBron than Kobe in that he wants to make the right play. There are plenty of times that he could have just taken contested jumpers but he wanted to make the right plays.

I posted this Cavs, Wolves, & Jazz Manaj on Realgm board and it seems like a good trade for everyone involved and so far people seem to be on board. I think its great. Thoughts?

Would still be iffy if Love would resign with the Cavs. Favors and Irving make them better than Minny, but still inferior to the Warriors and Bulls teams who have offered nice packages to Minny.

Who did he confirm with? This just does not sound very Jazz to me. Id hate to give up Favors, but for Wiggins I can get on board as long as this is a whole reboot. We have alot of pieces that do not fit.

This.

Favors is OK at best as the Center. We really need someone with true length to bother the shot - ala Gobert. But I don't know - I still question Wiggins' drive and #Hunger.

I saw the one GSW offer that included Thompson, but i dont think thats better than the #5 and two #1s. I guess it depends if they think Klay is worth more than the 5th in this draft, but i dont. I want guys that can play defense and my understanding is he's atrocious at defense. Awesome shooter, but does he get his team invovled? i dont know, I like the guy, but hes a one trick pony isnt he? is he a good passer? not from what i understand.

Didnt see the Bulls offer.

I dunno... I like the Favors / Sanders swap & #2 and #5 swap with the Bucks more...

Burke
Hayward
Parker
Kanter
Sanders

I can live with that. Holy **** I can live with that!!!!!

I'm more on board with the #1 cus I want Wiggins a lot more than Parker, but yeah that deal is a good 2nd option.

My concern is without Favors our frontline would be really bare next year - unless the plan was to 'tank 1 more year' all along...

Then we go get Okafor next year... HAHAHAHAHAHA
