I'll start with the few full games on Youtube.

The best competition you will find him against is at the 2013 Nike Hoops Summit.

In 22 minutes he scored 16 points 6/8 FG's, 2/3 Ft's, 3 Rebounds, 2 assists, 1 turnover, 2 steals, 1 block.

20 points (6-23 FGs, 4-13 3s), 15 assists, 6 rebounds 4 steals and 1 Block are apparently his statline in this game.

In the quarterfinals of this Championship his stats were apparently 37 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals, 1 block and 0 turnovers. he wasnt happy with his performance, "It was horrible," Exum said because of 11-30 shooting. He shot 14-17 from the FT line in this quarter-final game which eases some of my concerns about his FT %

Heres a full game from the Fiba Under 19 World Cup tournament last summer Australia vs Spain in the quarterfinal game.

Sadly this games in Spanish, I know I saw another broadcast of this game in English somewhere. when i find it ill replace.

His stats in this game were 33pts (9-18, 3-9 from 3, 12-13ft's), 5 rebounds, 4 assists 4 steals, 5 turnovers in 36 minutes. This game was considered a big upset.

Not sure of his stats in this game. For this 8 game tournament his averages were.

28mpg (223 total), 50-114 FG's (44%), 32-44 FT's (67%) 4.1 Rebounds, 2.5 asts, 2 to's, 1.1 blocks.

Im about to post more footage from this tournament vs New Zealand. NZ gathers up before every game as a team to scream at the opponent (check it out)

His lateral quickness on D at 2:05 is insane.

one of his worst attributes is at 4:09. He just dies on a screen and then coasts. That's some Harden-like **** right there.
 
I want to like Exum, thus I'm nervous about watching those games. The shooting numbers are horrific, especially considering the competition. Yes, the assists, rebs and steals are nice, but ultimately you have to put the ball in the basket. 6-23, 11-30, 9-18. 36%. Yikes.

IMO, everybody should be worried about this pick. But they should also be amped that DL swung for the fences.

Most of this board will probably hate Exum by sometime in his second year.... and I don't really expect that we'll know who he is until after that.

(Smart ate Exum for lunch the last time they played in international competition... we could regret not taking Marcus, but Marcus wasn't a swing for the fences.)

Damn. Looks like many of the U-17 and U-19 full games I was hoping to post were removed due to copyright. Ill keep looking for a bit. If I dont have any luck Ill start posting highlights then interviews.

It's funny because I hated the pick and wouldn't have had him in my top 15, but give it a few weeks - his first 23 point game in summer league - I'll be the biggest Exum apologist on the planet. We need to give him at least three years like we did when kids were jumping straight from High School.

Snyder may be the perfect coach to help him develop. He has the size and skillset. If he can become a good shooter, we have a potential superstar.

I'm still pumped about the pick; but, his jump shot scares me to death. He looks like a mix of Gervin and Ronnie Brewer. He said he's been working on redoing his form, let's hope it looks a lot smoother. I can hang my coat on his hitch in those videos. I love his speed, and I hope he can play in control. At this point, I'm just praying he's not a bust.

Yes thats just immature... only BIG-AL has the aristocracy and authority to judge players off of summer league. ONLY BIG-AL is authorized to bear this burden.

I support everything in that statement other than the first thing in brackets. Playing on a bad ankle against Smart isn't fun.

I think you can't look at boxscores. But if you look at particular parts and single out iterations where they happened and see certain things, then there is a possibility that either these skills will translate or the problems will persist if not worked upon.
 
Superstar seems a bit much realistically. I guess anything is possible. He certainly will be fun to watch. As Size said we asked DL to swing for the fences, and he did. Exum was the only guy to take at that pick. I see his ceiling as team star, maybe the talent level of someone like Paul Milsap. Superstar? I just don't think we can even go there yet.
