What's new

What's going on with Burke?

Not Burke.

Perhaps you are right, perhaps you are not. But i am unwilling to jump on that train when its just assumption.

Funny to see you representing the other foot though.

It was assumption. Perhaps I was wrong. But, I do remember him repeating Ty's propaganda in post game interviews about how having Enes out there didn't help us win, but Marvin did, when the reality was how Enes was used was the problem.

Not worthy of banishing the kid, or demanding trades, but worthy of discussion.

Not sure why you bring this up with me when I have been discussing it with you off and on all day lol.

To me that speaks more to Burke's being a company man than anything. Just like his appearance in NY last night tells me his is all in on being with the Jazz.

Fine. I don't care what you call him. I'm just sick of fans thinking he is trash because he doesn't fit their idea of what a center should be. That was Ty's problem. Don't think it will be Quin's. Jazzfanz need to get over it.

I think he's trash because his mind is even slower than his body. Has nothing to do with position at all, but I'm sure Corbin was mentally abusive to him and that's why he was so hesitant or lost 98% of the time on court.

Yes, you've been discussing it. But, in post #41, you called mere discussion "such an overreaction." Which gave me the impression that you were in support of those who say this shouldn't be discussed. You see?

I believe he is all in as well. Just not sure he has the kindest of emotions towards ALL of his teammates. When teams lose as much as we did last year, scapegoats get formed. From things he's said, and his mother has said, and the. The way I interpreted, possibly jumping to conclusions, his quote with Andy Katz, it seemed like there was still a disproportionate amount of blame being thrown Kanter's way. Not sure that is a good mindset for him to have moving forward, if it is indeed his mindset. Kanter is a teammate.

Fair enough.

Although this is a troll thread, there's still come real Trey hate here and on JF.

Those haters are ****ing stupid.

How is he mentally slow? He taught himself english, which is one of the hardest languages to learn, and absorbed Big Al's footwork like a sponge. Definitely doesn't show signs of being mentally slow. Maybe Ty's system just didn't make sense to anyone?

I do think Ty was the wrong coach for him. Kanter rarely played free under him. Always looked over at the bench after every play. It was creepy.

Gobert is a legit center.

He seemed to stay out of fowl trouble in SL, can he do so in the regular season?
I hope he plays himself into the starting spot.

Treybot will play better defense this year, and shoot better.
Treybot's mom will stop ripping on other players when the thrill of being cool on twitter has worn off a bit.
