I wouldn't think the NT coach would be misinformed. His words sounded however, like he had indeed been misinformed before as he says he was thinking Enes was gonna be ready for the second part of the preparation camps. And he says he has just(21st July) learned that Enes' situation was more serious(the stitch part) and he wasn't allowed to do anything for two months.
But thankfully, half of that two months is already gone and if he recovers as expected, it shouldn't be a big problem for the Jazz.
Different coaches, sir. And the new guy has no problems with Kanter, he actually was trying to solve the Kanter issue within the federation.
Do you know when the surgery was?
IIRC, it was around 20-25th of June.
So.. he'll only be able to start working out at the start of September?

Yep. This sucks a lot. I hate post-injury season starts.
Wow.. another craptastic season for Kanter coming up. The dud just can't catch a break.

I pushed my meniscus a little too hard this morning jogging and from now on I won't say negative things about players who go under surgery. Walking straight is a blessing.
