Hack's Team

PG - Gary Payton / Derrick Rose
SG - Dwayne Wade / Manu Ginobli
SF - Vince Carter / Dale Ellis/ Jerry Sloan
PF - Charles Barkley/ Wes Unseld / Dennis Rodman

Interesting Facts about my team

I have 5 League MVP's on my team

Derrick Rose (2011)
Charles Barkley (1993)
David Robinson (1995)
Willis Reed (1970)
Wes Unseld (1969)

I have 7 NBA Champions

Wade
Payton
Rodman
Reed
Unseld
Robinson
Ginoblli

18 total rings combined

21 combined all NBA Defensive first team appearances

I have guards, forwards, and centers that can play elite defense

My team will get stops

My team led by the no nonsense Jerry Sloan. There won't be any Jackpotting around on my team. He'll walk up and down the sidelines and bitch at the refs constantly. Staying in there heads. And he'll make the occasional court appearance and shut down somebody trying to go off. Maybe get a little rough with the opponents.

Vince Carter and Dale Ellis

Vince Carter ranks 7th all time on 3 pointers made, with a career 38%. He is also 30th all time in scoring in the NBA. He holds the record for most 3 pointers made in the a playoff game (9, 8 straight). So he is more than just the best dunker ever. In 2006 he averaged 29.6 PPG, 7.0 RPG, and 5.3 APG, in 11 playoff games.

Dale Ellis is 10th all time on the 3 pointer made list. 40% career. NBA 3 point shootout champion (1989) His best statistical year he average 27.5 PPG on 50 FG%, 48% 3 point 81% FT

Dwayne Wade

My alpha dog. My closer.

In most peoples opinion, and mine. He had the best finals performance ever

2006

34.7 ppg
7.8 rpg
3.8 apg

Google - Best NBA Finals performance ever

Rebounding

My team is coming for the boards

Some of the best rebounders to ever play the game.

Charles Barkley 14.6 rpg
Dennis Rodman 18.7 rpg
David Robinson 13.0 rpg
Wes Unseld 18.2 rpg
Willis Reed 14.7 rpg

(Best Years

Wes Unseld holds the record for most offensive rebounds in a 7 game series (45)

Ginobli and Rose

Two bad asses coming off the bench. They could be starting. They are that good.

Ginobli is one of the most underrated players of all time. He should have made a whole lot more all star appearances than he did. He should have made all NBA teams more too. One of the most clutch players ever.

Derrick Rose is probably the most athletic point guard to ever play. He is more than just athleticism though. You don't win league MVP's for being athletic. The guy is an assassin. If it weren't for his knee injuries as of late, we would be talking about a top 3 player in the league right now.

JoelHodgeJr did not provide a write-up. I guess his team speaks for itself.

I really like hacks team more than I thought I would while the draft was going on.

His only weakness is overall outside shooting.

Great defensive team and very deep

This is tough. Hack has a great team and then I notice names on Hodge's team like Jordan and Robertson...

Ultimately I choose Hack. He has the tougher nastier team outside of Jordan and Robertson.

Joel's team has the best backcourt (including backups), but on the flip side, his frontline is garbage, probably the worst I've seen in this draft game. Hard to pick against Jordan, but I did...Hacks team is just more balanced.

whoever picks hack's team is totally disrespecting the GOAT and the past GOAT.

MJ & oscar in a same team? good luck with that.

yao ming = top 5-6 offensive center of all time
marcus camby = very good defensive specialist
pau = top 10 most skilled big in past 20 years

healthy yao ming made dwight howard look like a joke. healthy peak yao was dominant. if he had a position and got the ball. his problem always was double triple team, fronting, but in this team with MJ & oscar, he would be single covered. yao can shoot over anybody and his 15fter was lethal.

IMO honest opinion, yao ming was the most skilled big since hakeem.
