definitely drob. yao is definitely more skilled in my book because yao had better baby hook and better 15fter. drob is physically imposing and is 10 times more athletic, but yao was more skilled. i would say yao's skill level is up there with ewing.

yao's problem was him being too damn tall. which was his gift and his curse.
 
it's like zebo is much better offensive player than blake griffin ever will be, but blake with his nasty motor and athleticism makes up for it. but in yao's case, he would only play 25-30 min for this team. he will have plenty of defensive help. and yao's underrated passing ability will help MJ/oscar alot.

and oscar is pretty much payton/drose's worst nightmare. dude was legit 6ft 5. same height as MJ. and he was thick dude. a true point guard bully. and prime MJ would show who's the boss against wade/manu/carter.

yao/pau combo is definitely underrated. camby is a good defensive role player as well. hack's team clearly has the front court edge, but IMO this is the battle of back courts.

All I can say to this...go watch game 7 of the 2007 playoffs where the Jazz beat Houston on the road. Carlos fricken Boozer domininated his ***. Nuff Said.

No way in hell is Yao anywhere near even the top 15 offensive centers of all time. I could easily name 15 I'd rather have. Yao was a slow and terrible player. He hurt the Rockets when he played with McGrady in my opinion. I felt they were a much better team with Yao off the floor. No way in hell is he a top 5-6 center.

lol. drob scored like 72 in the last game of the year when he needed a ton to win the scoring title. yao could maybe score 42. tops.

and you should know why boozer dominated yao if you watched the game. and why would yao ever guard someone who is foot shorter? yao matches up very well against drob.

aberration. drob is definitely a skilled center with freaky athleticism. probably the most athletic center ever walked on earth. but overall yao had better offensive arsenals and he could stretch the field more. yes, drob can dunk all over you and can do all the things a center should do in 5-8ft. but yao had something drob consistently didn't have. yao could shoot 15-18fter and he shot very well.

who's better player? drob. better defensive player? drob. more valuable to his team? drob. but yao had better offense.

who had better offense between shaq or yao? answer is yao.


but again, yao was a limited player due to his poor stamina and awkward body type.
