Take a seat ISIS. Great speech by a strong leader.
Obama has been spineless, and a typical corporate puppet like all presidents in this country for last 50-60 years or so, but we're all much better off with him in office than McCain/Palin or Romney/whoever else he had on that pathetic ticket.
I can't wait for 2016 when we - the USA citizens - have a new, fresh and inspiring batch of candidates to learn about and vote to lead us. Oh wait, we'll get two robots who have been in politics/government for 50 years and half the country will mindlessly vote for one while the other half mindlessly votes for the other.
Luckily I will be moved out of the country by then for work and hopefully never coming back to this mediocre hell hole.

He's very good at giving speeches, but let's wait to see the results before we celebrate. Do you really believe that Obama can rally other nations to go in and do the groundwork while the US leads the mission from the air? Just over a month ago he claimed that the Syrian moderates, who are now a key part of the plan, were incompetent for the job. What changed?
Also, his claim that he has the authority to wage this campaign without approval from Congress sure doesn't match my understanding of The Constitution.
In the end, actions will be far more important than words.
Air attacks only??
I like it.
Nothing says "home of the brave" like bombing people from the stratosphere.
Well, our brave troops have done more than enough in Iraq thus far, I don't see why we shouldn't explore a better way.
No offense, bro, but "our?"
Seriously?
So when did ISIS attack us? I always thought our forces were supposed to be used to protect our country. Not to wage wars of choice.
I've read some part of it in a news page. They wrote that Obama said that there were European and US citizen members constantly joining ISIS and that their intelligence agencies made them aware that there are possible attacks in their home countries they expect.
Is that true or is it just the justification excuse for the air attacks?
How can we call reasonable and rational crazy? Well maybe in today's world... A normal person is abnormal in a group of abnormals.I honestly don't know.
But just because 1 angry teen out of 10,000,000 joins ISIS doesn't mean we need to declare war on this group. I just think this whole thing stinks and that we're getting ourselves back into another illegal war of choice. As if the last Iraqi war wasn't a lesson already?
I just don't think bombs from our airplanes will teach the Shia and Sunnis to get along. Crazy thought, I know...
