Not on TV but the Jazz announced that they will be streaming the game on UtahJazz.com

No idea if there are any restrictions on that.

Is this true or are you guys trolling us? I was hoping to watch this game because it's the most beautiful day of the week, I even slept a couple hours after I came home to prepare myself for a game night.

It is true, sadly. My guess is that it's a league restriction, not a Jazz-imposed one.
