Following potential 2015 draftees

Amazing what we can do with a shooting platoon;

Ulis (is shooting lights out from 3 so far since Bahamas - 50%)
Aaron Harrison
Booker
Lyles
Towns

All 5 guys could be close to 40%.

Also pure size. Our 'starters' go;
6'6
6'6
6'10
6'11
7'0

“At the next level, Myles is a ‘4.’ He can play the ‘5,’ but he’s really a stretch ‘4,’” Villines said. “He can play with another big in the right system. And Coach (Calipari) mentioned that quite a bit.”

for pkm

Good luck to Texas on that.

Reminds me of Baylor trying to make Isiah Austin a 3pt shooting big, and Austin was actually pretty athletic for his size.

Going to guess this experiment fails.

It's supposed to somewhat resemble starters and 2nd platoon.. although there is not much difference in the talent.

At halftime it's Team1 with 41 and Team2 with 34.

Leading scorers;
Andrew - 10
Towns - 10
WCS - 9
Ulis - 8
Booker - 8
Johnson - 7 (1 of 5 from the line)
Lyles - 6

Any twisted ankles or ruptured spleens?

just kidding do not want to see injuries. boosters are paying good money for these guys.

Mane, give me a little credit here.

I think you misread... I've bolded it for you for easier readability.

You can't go wrong with Cy (who is awful at projecting talent) or kkk (who is awful at trying to make players what they aren't), so take your pick. And you certainly can't go wrong with Hantlers who only see legit talent coming from one college team (Duke).

Final results;

15 players scored (4 walkons included);

Lyles - 8
WCS - 11
Johnson - 13
Aaron H - 15
Andrew H - 19
Poythress - 20
Towns - 20
Booker - 22

Towns looked the best.

You're probably too young to remember... but Towns reminds me of a good version (great kid, 4.0 student) of Antoine Walker. Could be scary good.

Of course I remembered Antoine Walker... him and Paul Pierce... who could forget that dynamic duo??!!??!!

I can feel it in my gut that if we have Karl Towns in our team, we're looking at becoming a real contender in 2017.

It's very rare that skill reliant 7 footer are capable of contributing to wins on play off teams. Especially in the West...
