Didn't die today. . . it was about 23 years ago.

But despite being the apparent authority on philosophical issues generally, I spent tonight digging through the net for everything Roger. Probably a kindred spirit. I loved his songs when I was a kid.

Anyone in here not know what I'm talkin' 'bout?

I got maps and searched the next two hundred miles for every seep, water hole, and cave. . . . .dreamed of just walkin' away one day. . .

I'll have to go back to Reno this month, but probably not before the 15th. My wife is timing my trips so she can come, too.

Where are you goin?

Reno is only 400 miles from my hangout in the west desert, via Ely on 50. But most of my trips go south to LA. I make Denver about as often as Reno.

das awesome bro. what do u do for work? and which city? luv germany tbh. a nba superstar is about to release a movie in theaters there, supposed to be a awesome film, im jelly only those in germany will be able to watch it in theaters.

I've been through a lot of deserts, but my horses have names. Quite a few dry rivers I've seen running very, very high, not with weed or stuff but with brown roiling water making boulders roll at forty miles an hour. No kidding. I've seen more flash floods in the past three years than I think happened in the previous hundred.

I'm still going along the fence lines rebuilding what was torn out.

So see the LTE and the note here. It just needs to be done now. Not next week. . . . But if you're driving over to SLC for some reason, that is where I am a lot, about every third day or three days in a week. Like downtown, just off I-80 easy.

And I thought you might even have a little Novena set up in the corner of your living room with a pic of Roger, and a funeral planned where Roger's songs take the place of the puritanical hymns. . . .

Why hymns about walking with Jesus in the Garden when you can have some about drinking with Roger in the barn?
