What's new

It's happening bros...

Exciting. I'd be ecstatic to get Thomas, happy to get Middleton, and okay with getting Ross.

of the guys you mentioned, Middleton is the only one I have much interest in.

Thomas is in a good situation in Phoenix. I'd bet his production would fall off in Q's order.

Ross has just always seemed over-rated and limited to me.

If we include Burke with the deal, Thomas would be quite the force in the 2nd unit. It's a massive upgrade.

It's not. NAOS is just obsessed with Hack and KKK.

They would make hell of a trio.

mmhmm.

Hey, in other news, I've noticed that you've been hounding me a little bit lately. What's up, bruce?

I have? Didn't mean to. I was messing around. But really, unless kkk is a Spanish dude living in SLC, he's not Jamez.

James Young and one of Boston's least desirable first's is my prediction.

Don't think Young is in play... He is their only prospect who plays the 2/3. I would take Young without a pick if he was on the table.

How about Kris Middleton from Milwaukee? I'd be down with that. I'm thinking that the Jazz are looking for some talent at the wing, where we are dangerously thin.

Everyone likes him, but I think he is too important to Milwaukee right now.

Jody Genessy just came out saying that the Jazz offered Kanter a 4 year 38 mil contract but his camp turned it down. They wanted Hayward type money.

Are you kidding me? If that's what the pay day they are looking for then bye felicia

Wow talk about agent screwing over their client.

If this is true then Kanter's camp is definitely retarded. Hayward type money, let me LOL this off for a while...

With the expected large cap increase for 2016-17, some team could be willing to throw big money at Kanter in restricted free agency this offseason.

This is why he will settle for the QO... His agent is awesome.

Sadly things work out for stupid people too... they will likely get 10-12 M per year if they wait until the 2016 FA when the cap explodes. I doubt he gets that kind of offer this year though.

Delusional. Who the **** would pay Kanter the max so he can score 13 ppg without passing or playing defense?

I believe it was 32 mil/4 years. Going for max before achieving anything is not complete dumbassness, if you are able to prove yourself and breakout for real. But if that does not happen, and you know that it won't, you re-strategize. If Enes' demand is the result of a strategy shift, does Enes and his agent think that he will not be able to perform any better than how he did until now?

Nah, when you go over which teams have the money to actually spend, none of them would value Kanter at that price. At this point Kanter needs to worry about the length of the contract just as much, if not more, than the dollar value. 4 years at 38 million was a legit offer for Kanter.

DL offers 38 million and they want 63 million lol. When you are separated by that much I don't think there is a deal to be made between the Jazz and Kanter.
