What's new

Max Out Matthews?

All estimates I've heard are that the cap will jump to around 90 million in the first year of the new CBA(because they get from 900M TV deal to 2.6 billion) and will probably keep increasing after.
So in other words. No one knows yet because it hasn't happened yet?

Leonard 1-11 shooting last night.
Ouch

The projections so far have been extremely accurate for future years(as in difference of 0.1-0.2M between projection and actual cap space). The new CBA adds some uncertainty, but in general it will be that range - 86-90M...

Fair enough. Makes sense

No team is going to let their star RFA's just walk with the cap rise on the horizon. We arent getting Butler, Leonard, or probably even Draymond (though that may be possible).

To recap for the tards like Hacl:

Getting top tier RFA's is impossible.

But thats juss yr opinion, man. I got an opinion too. All opinions are essentially equal, because they are O-P-I-N-I-O-N-S .... so I'll continue to pose.

Just like the lottery pros. What do they have except a lot of opinions? I have a lot of opinions! I may as well be an expert myself (on jazzfanz).

pretty much.

I really don't have a problem with accepting Cy's numbers. He's just a little more in touch with salary than I am.

But I'm still not sold on $15M for a career 14/2/3 @ 32 minutes a game guy.
