Hayward's Woes

Jesus. What is so hard for you to comprehend? What did I just write? I’ll say it one more time - just for you - there is nothing wrong with drinking, or watching porn, or playing ****ing video games. I’m talking about addiction.

And you're an addiction expert? You diagnosed Hayward just from one sentence by his child bride? What is your hourly rate?

Playing video games is a significantly more productive social experience than watching basketball. You'd think it's obvious.

Maybe. But I'm going to agree with Mailman that he probably spends too much time playing video games, to the detriment of his wife, family and his relationship with his teammates. ****, buy a Porsche and do some track days.

Kul.

Specially if you're addicted to watching basketball. Then **** is serious and you should seek the mailman's help.

Lesson of the day: don't pursue a hobby with friends. Concern yourself with hyperconsumerism and being a slave to your child bride.

A bunch of mensa members we got here.

Don't say dumb things and expect not to be called out.

Ok Alfalfa, are we done here? You win. Hayward doesn’t have a gaming problem. I was wrong. Now why don’t you run along and go play some video games. You ”Un-judgmental” prick.

I personally haven't bought a gaming console for many years but calling Hayward out for playing video games or calling him an addict/pathetic/dumb is quite hilarious when there's probably alcoholics, drug abusers, coffee addicts, etc on this forum.

You can talk sports with more people in my experience. Watching and attending games is also something people do as a mainstream social activity.

I know gaming can be social, but it seems quite a bit more insular and specific to gaming-culture.

For the record, I think gaming is bad for individuals and society and am perfectly comfortable about that stance. Hayward is actually a perfect example.

I think that stance is influenced by the fact you spend significant time watching and discussing sports.

I know a lot of people who look down on sports and their fans for the exact cliche reasons people are listing here, and elsewhere, for games (waste of time, failure to embrace life, focusing on it instead of family, toxic masculinity, etc).

And I don't spend any of my time arguing with them. So I don't know what the **** I'm still doing here. /Facepalm

I’m not gonna name names but I browsed the last page of this thread and it’s pretty obvious who the defensive, adult, video game players are.....

Annnnnd, I’m out.

Celtics will be the 3 seed in the East.

ECF will be Bucks vs Celtics, Celtics in 6.

Then, Celtics will beat GS in 5.
I'll bet you $10,000, on 10 to 1 odds, right this very second that this scenario absolutely will NOT happen.

Anything can be an addiction. Usually it becomes a problem when it interferes with your daily life and/or relationships.

I don't think it's video games that are causing Hayward's current form. I think he's just a **** player now.
This. Fans might give him this year for being crap, but if he's still terrible next year. There will be hell in Boston
