Non jazz 2019 playoff discussion.

How did LA get Lou Williams? Is Jamal Crawford anywhere? How did Portland get Seth Curry? How did Houston get Austin Rivers?

I can’t imagine any of these players were swarmed by teams to play for them. We seriously didn’t try to get any of these guys to join our roster? They’d all boost our sorry *** shooting. Did Dennis really think Neto and Exum were better than any of those players above?

Yes, that's exactly what he thought. "Bake the cake."

OKC once had KD, Westbrook, and Harden all on the same team. Lol. Their fans should be used to disappointment.

What if they had dumped Westbrook and focused instead on keeping harden and KD happy? How many championships would they have by now?
And Thabo and Ibaka that was a series of home run draft picks!

#D.O.N. is the answer to all our challenges!

You forgot they also had Olidipo and Kanter too. It has cost OKC plenty to keep Westbrook 'happy '.

What little i know of KD I suspect neither okc nor any other team will ever keep him happy.

If Portland goes to WCF with Kanter starting and playing big minutes.....

Do Jazz and okc do a face palm?
Is Portland stuck paying him big bucks?

I actually want to watch Kanter go up against Houston or GS. He could feast inside.

No, Kanter failed and sucked on the Knicks also. Three teams. He’s just hugely benefiting from being on a team with Lillard. Having a star that can throw fire from 40 feet out and takes all the attention works wonders.

But good for Kanter. **** that dude but good for him.

Lou Williams story is clearly a one-of-a-kind type of thing, oldest player ever to score 20ppg in a season for the first time.

How did Lou Williams ever fall to the middle of the 2nd rd? that never made sense looking at it objectively... Hes been underrated since getgo

What happened with him, is, or i should say the rumor was, that the Lakers traded him to Houston so they could tank. They got back the rights to Josh Hart (sounds like a George Hill/Ricky Rubio type deal). When that went to **** the Clippers signed him next offseason. He's been available for years, since the Toronto days, for a late 1st -ish.

Seth Curry is aplayer several of us here thought was better than Neto and deserving of a few mil per season.... The funny thing about the Seth Curry hate is that his defense is markedly better than ppl used to say...

Austin Rivers was traded from the Wizards, where things were going POORLY, to the Suns who released him and the Rockets stepped in... Several teams (ones still alive in the offs) made signifigant upgrades near the deadline and have been reconstituting other teams trash into solid rotational pieces.

Nuggets spurs series tied. I think the nuggets take it tbh, but id love for them to get bounced lol.

Lou would obviously be great, but frankly, I don't think Austin Rivers or Seth Curry would make much difference.
And boy, oh boy how neat it would be with a Spurs win tonight!

Derozan showing you why the raps made the right trade.

And, it should open DLs eyes as to why you gotta put but hurt feelings aside. Guys get paid enough money, cant be but hurt in this business. Shoulda go rubio and exum for conley when he had the chance.

Pulling for SA but it’s pretty clear to me who the better team is...

Pops is maximizing, getting the most out of his talent.

Which ex-Jazz players are still playing? I see:
Hayward.
Hill.
Kanter and Hood.
Trey Lyles and Millsap.
Burke, Burks, and Carrol are out.
Did I miss anyone?
