Why Pessimism?

That sucks. Are you able to get some sleep?. Heal your back before trying to lift stuff.
It's getting better. But no, I'm not getting sleep. I suck at sleeping.
I did do legs and shoulders yesterday though and today I'm going to the gym to do back and biceps. Just can't wait any longer

I have been doing lots of stretches for my back but not sure if they are good for my core specifically. I will YouTube it like you said. I have been planking and don't situps a lot too while I have been dealing with my back issue and missing the gym. Seems to be helping

This is the most disappointing season I can remember. The expectations were just so damn high. Everyone thought this was the best roster we'd had since the Stockton/Malone finals teams and thought we were actually going to be contenders this year. What a huge letdown.

@fishonjazz had some lower back issues a while back... I internet diagnosed the issue. It was kinda specific to dudes that have office jobs or sit a lot but then still play basketball and go to the gym like they 21 or something. I laid on a tennis ball and did that whole jam... did some stretches... but the thing that helped the most and really cured it was timed side planks... targets the muscle group that is the issue. Worked my way up to a point where I use dumbells to add resistance to the exercise as well... have felt great since incorporating it into my workouts.
 
I'm not pessimistic... I just don't think we will ever win another game and the Jazz will lose all their stars and move out of Utah and I will die from Coronavirus.
I believe that is called being realistic... I'm not pessimistic either... I just know bad **** will happen all the time.
