Why Pessimism?

Great thread. What in the world do we possibly have to be pessimistic about?
My back hurts alot.
Took my daughter to the park and hung upside down from some of the money bars or whatever. Helped a bit but it still hurts.
I want to get back to the gym but don't want to make my back worse

This is the most disappointing season I can remember. The expectations were just so damn high. Everyone thought this was the best roster we'd had since the Stockton/Malone finals teams and thought we were actually going to be contenders this year. What a huge letdown.
 
As bad as this is, and it's bad, I still think the Jazz will be better in the playoffs, if they get there, than they were last year. In the playoffs you need shot creators and Utah has 2.1 instead of just 1. Adding JC adds one and Conley occasionally can create so he gets a .1. If Don and JC play well the same game or for a whole series, Utah just might win. But OUCH is the word atm.

That sucks. Are you able to get some sleep?. Heal your back before trying to lift stuff.
It's getting better. But no, I'm not getting sleep. I suck at sleeping.
I did do legs and shoulders yesterday though and today I'm going to the gym to do back and biceps. Just can't wait any longer

I have been doing lots of stretches for my back but not sure if they are good for my core specifically. I will YouTube it like you said. I have been planking and don't situps a lot too while I have been dealing with my back issue and missing the gym. Seems to be helping

The first post Boozer season was wayyyyy worse than this

Is it your lower back? You should try foam rolling and doing lower back extensions.
