I don't know. Don't you think both sides understand it's all a performance for the fans? Why should A/Z care what they're telling their fans?

After the way the negotiations between the Jazz and Knicks ended, along with all the whining the Knicks have done since, I can't imagine the Jazz would be too anxious to deal with the Knicks front office again so soon.

Phoenix or LA. Cleveland makes perfect sense from a roster standpoint as they have the need for a wing and secondary spacer, but I don't think they have the necessary pick to convey anymore?
 
I'm guessing it'll be a packaged deal with Conley given Conley's contract and age?

Hopefully the Knicks and the Lakers panic and have a bidding war for him.
 
Interesting how many folks are saying Utah. That would really be a bad deal for Bogey and I hope it doesnt happen. I cant imagine any vet with any talent wanting to be here at this point.
 
I wonder how far out of a 1st we could get from Phoenix for Bogey/Clarkson while taking back Crowder/Shamet/Saric. It works salary wise and makes sense for both teams. Would they send a 2025 or 2026 unprotected 1st? Maybe 2027?
 
We should know the answer very soon. He most likely gets traded before training camp starts in a couple of weeks.
 
I picked the Heat. All this talk about Duncan Robinson being a bad contract is ridiculous, and is just a ploy to get better draft compensation IMO. Seriously, would anyone rather have Bertans??? Sure he (Robinson) had a rough year, but he's not Westbrick making a horrendous 47 mil.!

I think we prolly throw Butler into the deal to clear a roster spot and get an unprotected first and maybe a pick swap out of the deal. We do that due to some trepidation concerning Butler's development and because we can't get off Conley going into the season.
 
I was looking around the league a little bit and I think Memphis could be an interesting dark-horse team for Bogey to get traded to. His salary works for Steven Adams expiring straight across.

Memphis has all of their future 1sts plus Golden State’s 2024 1st (top-4 protected).

The Grizzlies can then roll with Bogey at PF and JJJ at C.

So one issue... they need Adams now as JJJ is out for like 6 months... who know how he will be when he comes back.

I think they could get to the right number with Green and some filler though.

How did I forget JJJ was injured lol.

There really is no other path for a deal then unless it’s Brooks + Clarke. Green + Clarke is around 200K short. I doubt they trade Ziaire in a Bogey trade and if they did we aren’t getting a pick added. Green + Ziaire works salary wise.

They really like Zaire... so that's a no go.
 
I think the Sarver stuff will cause an issue with anything going through Phx. for the next few weeks. Guessing their focus is elsewhere.

Maybe he doesn't get moved before the season?
