It’s not reporting it was merely speculation. So taking speculation as gospel is not wise.

Tony was the only media person saying we wanted RJ before the Woj article came out a few days before.
 
I think it was such lazy speculation too. Myself and HH were part of the few who were pushing back on it because the logic behind it was so flawed.

The Jazz did not want RJ Barrett as much as they wanted the unprotected picks. That isnt wrong. When these reporters get information they arent getting 100% of the information. They arent talking to DA/Rose directly and getting a play by play of whats going down, they are getting bits and pieces.

The issue is that yall take these reports as black and white.
 
No one reporter has all the information. They all get bits and pieces. It's like a huge game of telephone. You got to sift through it to make sense of everything.

If you are acting like Utah was enamored with RJ you are delusional.

If you are acting like Utah was sticking their nose up at him being included in lieu of a pick, then you are also delusional.
