What's new

It's great to watch Keyonte showing this level of play.

But our lack of commitment to the tank is a slap in the face to the entire fanbase.

Fourth year of rebuilding and losing records so that we don't look anything close to a path for contending (If the goal is not to contend, then why four years of purposefully losing roster constructions ?). Not only that, but in what is predicted as a historical draft they don't even make a real effort for keeping their damn pick. A pick that is going for the most asset stacked franchise in the history of the league, and if someday you maybe dream of making the playoffs again, you'd still have to surpass them to even make into the finals.

Do we even have a reason to care ?
Yall are so god damn melodramatic.

Best game of Key’s career? Crazy shot at the end there.

Also, Ja sucks. MEM w/o Edey sucks.
Ja was great for portions of the game.

JJJ was the player that didn't carry their weight. The only time I noticed him on the court was him trying to go at Filipowski.

I would like to tank a bit harder too, but we won because Keyonte George scored 39 against a team that is halfway decent.

The lottery gods will favor the JazZ if y'all stop crying 100% of the time about any win and be thankful for what we are watching out of Keyonte.
Yeah- we are going to be the last one out of the playoffs and win the lottery! Best of all worlds!

Some might think "Ey, what can you do when you have two players that can go 30 any given night against most teams, one of them will cook in each quarter".

Well maybe don't play thru ages old K Love to flip the momentum on third. That's what brought the win really. Key career high and strong third from Lauri is nice but ffs K Love that's not part of the future really hurt the tank
Nah, the win was personally delivered to the Jazz by Morant and his hero ball throughout the game but, especially, in the 4th. What a selfish and dumb player. And I don't think it would be easy for Memphis to pass him to someone else.

I love seeing Key play great and I’m always happy for the players when they get a tough win, but Hendricks plays all those KLove minutes, the Jazz accomplish what they need to accomplish.
I guess it comes down to if you believe having a player of Key's age experience being the man in the clutch and succeeding is valuable or not.

If you don't, then sure.

I believe it matters though. But I do think at some point if Keyonte is proving to be consistent to the point he is consistently driving winning to this extent of absolutely carrying, then yeah, it's time to nerf him a bit with a Hendricks instead of Love.

You know I enjoy good performances and I hate tanking, but it just makes no sense to do this little to try to keep the pick to finish the job. Two vets need to be traded asap.
You feel this way because you have something called tank anxiety.

Take a deep breath.

Memphis is better than the Jazz.

Keyonte just had an insane performance and was hitting tough shots & and 1s all game combined with Love getting hot. Utah loses that game 7/10 times.

It's a testament to how good Keyonte is getting that he can have these games were he is driving winning.
Lol
Memphis is 9th and Utah is 10th
And Memphis worse than their record due to injuries.
