This entire thread is hilarious. Rebounding is a concern? Really?
The lack of FT's would be a massive concern if I felt like he had to be a star. I think he's more of a high level role player, so not super concerned.
it's just really hard to reach above average levels of efficiency if you don't get to the ft line - star or not.The lack of FT's would be a massive concern if I felt like he had to be a star. I think he's more of a high level role player, so not super concerned.

and i don't feel like he HAS to be a star, but he can be a star if he could get to the ft line (and improve in a couple other areas).
No it doesnt. He has absolutely no earthly idea how to draw contact. He shies away and hides his body. We are talking about an all-time bad FTR for the amount of shots he takes.A big portion of Ace’s lack of FT’s has to do with his role in the offense.
On one hand it's kind of encouraging because it's a massive area for improvement starting from basically nothing, on the other he's so bad at it out of the gate I'm not sure to what level he can learn it.it's just really hard to reach above average levels of efficiency if you don't get to the ft line - star or not.

I think he settles for mid-range two’s a lot which he is money on at least. No it doesnt. He has absolutely no earthly idea how to draw contact. He shies away and hides his body. We are talking about an all-time bad FTR for the amount of shots he takes.
Ace is the 54th among all rookies in the FTA per 36 at 1.3. And I am sure that some other rookies have similar roles to Bailey. Also, there is no other stat where Ace is THAT low (steals, rebounds, assists, blocks)...A big portion of Ace’s lack of FT’s has to do with his role in the offense.
