Because he had a bad game? It happens. I literally penciled in this game as a loss before we played it. A B2B against a good Dallas team in their arena. I'm surprised it finished as close as it did. Conely isn't the flashiest player but he runs the floor so well. As well he saved us from a loss...
"It was also revealing to hear Green speak to an older generation of NBA superstars about the status quo of the league at such length, and in such an unusual television context. One of the many takeaways from their hours-long informal riff session was just how little Draymond—and, we can deduce...
Well he looks like a better defender than JC and he also looks willing to pass. I think both of those things make us better. Because both of those things JC isn't willing to do.
I might be wrong about this. But he reminds me more of a poor man's CJ McCollum. They play similar but CJ's shot looks better and CJ also has nice crossovers to break away from defenders. I think there's a lot of potential here.
Could be a three team trade? Maybe with Boston since we are linked to them and Sac the most often. Maybe something like this? I think everyone team gets better in some aspect. We get taller and more athletic. Though we drive our salary even higher over the next few years as none of these are...
I wanted to say that Mitchell is definitely a better player than VanVleet. But looking over their statistics VanVleet is really making the most of having no Lowery this year. They're pretty similar in all statistical categories including player efficiency. Still I think Mitchell is a bit better...
I am in the same boat as a lot of people. I think we have a chance to win it all. But I think it requires more luck than any other current contender. If we do not improve before the trade deadline I think were gambling an opportunity away to win a championship. Just like last year.
Some people give media too much credibility. Especially garbage sports media. They make up rumors and put out so many opinions pieces every year. I'm not sure Mitchell is a Jazz man for life. He has definitely cooled off on his love towards Utah over the years. But I call bs on these rumors...
Yeah, not having and whiteside and dray are about the same. But Klay just puts them a level above us. I think we could have played a better. But I'm just not convienced that we have a title team right now.
I'd rather have Covington tbh. Royce has always been overrated in my opinion. As well having an undersized Royce, Conley, and Mitchell in your starting lineup isn't a good idea.
Glad that were doing this again. My predictions are as follows:
1.Jazz
2.Suns
3.Nuggets
4.Mavericks
5.Clippers
6.Warriors
7.Blazers
8.Lakers
9.Grizzlies
10. Timberwolves
11.Kings
12.Spurs
13.Pelicans
14.Thunder
15.Rockets
I was looking at Butler's salary and noticed we only have him under contract for two years? How do we keep him if he's an unrestricted free agent? If he blows up he will want a larger role. As well we don't exactly have a lot of financial flexibility over the next 3 years.
Hmm, these rankings are actually pretty accurate in my opinion. I'm not seeing many players below Donovan that could be considered worse than him. The only ones I see are Trae Young and Jason Taytum. Maybe you could argue Devon Booker or Chris Paul? With Gobert I see him being more valuable...
Deron, has been with that other girl for awhile now. So it's not surprising his wife found someone else too. I've encountered his wife before and she seemed crabby and the rich standoffish type. So maybe a change of pace is good for both parties.
