I had some issues with it as well.
Got some cortisone shots in the bottoms of my feet. That **** hurt so ****ing bad (the injections)

I never feared needles, until I got them in the bottom of my foot. Damn near cried.

Ya, it was horrible.
I get cortisone injections in my shoulder (rotator cuff injury) about once a year and they are not bad. They hurt but it's not a big deal.
The ones in my feet otoh, some of the worst pain ever
