He breached the capitol. That is against the law. Breaching the capitol also isn't a thought crime. It also isn't satire. He was not convicted of thought crimes or satire. You have been fooled.

Hale-Cusanelli drove to Washington on the morning of Jan. 6, 2021. He joined a mob of rioters that illegally breached a police line attempting to secure the Capitol grounds. He commanded others in the mob to “advance” on the Capitol, a command he continued once inside. Hale-Cusanelli was among the first rioters to enter the Capitol Building, moving inside shortly after the breach that took place at 2:12 p.m. at the Senate Wing Door. He made harassing and derogatory statements toward Capitol Police officers, saying that a “revolution” was coming. He remained in the building for approximately 40 minutes. Days after the incident, Hale-Cusanelli told a friend that being in the Capitol was “exhilarating,” he was hoping for a “civil war,” and that the “tree of liberty must be refreshed with the blood of patriots and tyrants.” (the friend was wearing a wire during this conversation. Remember when you and fish openly supported the violent riots where Democrats took over city blocks and killed teenagers? Fish called it the "Summer of Love". Killing teenagers and insurrecting entire blocks, including federal buildings is the summer of love to Democrats but one riot by a bunch of rednecks and fish and Red wont shut up about it 4 years later lol. They openly supported riots that killed many people, including 8 year olds(onebrow called her murder "collateral damage") destroyed countless lives, while Kamala helped bail them out but one riot and people like you and fish who fall for blatant propaganda lose your hypocritical celebrating Democrat riots and death asses. Not too long ago even you were saying you wanted to learn more about the anti-Jew college students taking a janitor hostage and insurrecting college campuses. @Saint Cy of JFC and his mom openly advocate to murder political opponents, and this forum openly allows it and supports it. We are already at political persecution. They are getting more and more bold every single day with their persecution. At one time openly advocating for political opponent's murder like Cy and his fellow pro-murder posters here did would be shunned upon and banned from every angle. Now it's the new norm. Now it's openly ok to kill.... Scary scary people.
