Yeah but all those East teams will have to play each other again for the rest of the year right? Their win totals will naturally go up, no?

Some, but don't forget they've already been playing each other for the most part during the early part of the year. The Jazz schedule starts to even out a bit in terms of EC/WC games. So the same is likely true of the EC tankers.
 
I think the 3 worst teams at the end of the year are going to be the Bucks, Sixers, Jazz, Magic and maybe the Lakers. I would rep anyone who would take his time and make some kind of W/L projection on one of the tank squads. Will maybe select one of these as well and do one.
 
I think we might have a problem.

Right now with the starting lineup of Trey, Gordon, RJeff, Marv, and Favs the Jazz are now 7-1 against under .500 teams. If that keeps up there is no way we aren't going to be in the top 5 of the draft. Esp. when 9 out of our next 11 are against under .500 teams.

No it wouldn't be funny, it would be one of the worst things. They would be praised forever of how injuries lead to them winning 4 more championships and how the basketball gods chose them.
 
If Lakers end up Tanking this year and get a top 3 pick, then I will be pissed. I have been able to be indifferent toward the Lakers for the last few years, and that's the way I like it. I don't like to have to waste my time hating them.

Don't look now but Philly is up 15 with 5 1/2 to go. The Sixers are about to win 2 in a row.
 
Philly wins!! 2 game streak. They are now 10-21 and 1 1/2 games behind the Jazz. Also Toronto just beat Indy and is at .500, in the playoffs and on a 4 win streak. They safe to move off the tank list?

Good stuff.

Hate to be a downer but as toronto moves off the tank list, lakers take thier spot. Farmar out 4 weeks with a hamstring.

I always said it was way too early to put Toronto in the Power Tankings after that trade.
