14th Tank Platoon

I don't think thats the worst case scenario. Jazz will probably end up around 7-8, but they are at 7 now and are 1 game away from being 9th, so they can definitely end up around 10. I think worse case is 10 though.

This.
I could see us passing new orleans, detroit, and cleveland.

I dont thinks it really likely but the jazz are good enough when healthy to be better than all 3 of those teams.

I agree the best case is 4th
I think the most likely is 7th
And worst case is 10th

7th would suck, there is probably one all star from this point through the rest of the lottery and, as good as DL is, give him about a 10% chance to get it right.

Agree. Sure the Pistons, Cavs and Knicks want to win. That's been the case the entire year. But they haven't been winning.
Utah likely wins a few more shortly after the break and we have a major meltdown on the board with several "Fire Lindsey" threads. Truth is, Utah was never as bad as that 1-14 start. Even had Burke not been hurt, I only see a couple more games that Utah may have won. It was a brutal schedule. Lately it's been light. In a couple of weeks it toughens up again. Utah should have been in the 25-30 win range given their roster and that is exactly where they're headed.

I see the Jazz finishing with 7 or 8 more wins. That would put them in the 26/27 win-range and probably means they can hold off Sacto and Boston to start with the 5th seed.

Burke is hitting the rookie wall. Hayward's shooting is streaky at best. Marvin probably can't keep up with this level of play. The 'vets' will probably get less PT after the trade deadline. The question is whether Burks is going to keep torching teams.

Would be great.... but i doubt it happens

We are going to go 7-23 or 8-22 over the last 30 games of the season?

k.

best case scenario:

#1: Milwaukee Bucks
#2: LA Lakers
#3: Philadelphia 76ers
#4: Utah Jazz
#5: Orlando Magic
#6: Boston Celtics
#7: Sacramento Kings

And I don't see us passing the Cavs or some other team. We'll at least get the 7th. Sucks though...

Um, #7 is far from the worst case scenario.

Right now I say best case scenario is #7, worst case #10
