Most of the injuries are unquestionably legit. Lakers resemble a MASH unit with a ton of wounded that had season-ending procedures. I haven't lost all hope for the Jazz dropping the game, but it sure doesn't look good.


On a positive note, GS' loss to Portland gives the Blazers the 5th seed. W's pick will now be no worse than #23.
 
Yeah, we've got the advantage now over LAL and BOS with only 24 wins VS their 25.



All we need is simply keep that advantage. It's all in our HANDSSSSS.

Isn't that encouraging? Corbin has been trying all season ling and he has "coached" the Jazz in to a 1 game lead with 2 games left. But sit all the core. Play gobert, Evans, Thomas, Clark and Lucas 48 minutes.

Obviously we want the bolded teams to win. The most I am hoping for is that Utah loses. They MUST lose. If that happens the Boston and Orlando games are just gravy if they win.

If Boston and the Lakers win the Jazz are guaranteed at least the 4th spot, alone, headed into the lottery.

This would more than likely leave the Lakers and Jazz tied for the 4th seed as they both lose their next game (UTAS @ MIN and LAL @ SAS) on Wednesday. Personally if the Jazz HAVE to be tied I'd rather it be the Celtics with the Lakers behind and that much less likely to move up in the draft.
