Man Monday is a big day. Imagine if both the celtics and lakers win. We'll be in the 4 spot and they will be tied!

Pretty amazing the 3 slot is still in play. Professional tank executed perfectly.

I hope the Lakers come to play tomorrow night. And I really hope Orlando runs into some playoff teams with their fate/seeding already sealed.

Some good news re the game vs LAL..

https://espn.go.com/los-angeles/nba/story/_/id/10773567/los-angeles-lakers-nick-young-sees-no-benefit-tanking-games

At least Young and the Lakers squad aren't gonna intentionally backdown/tank. Most of them are free agents at the end of the season.

"I know some teams believe they should tank," Young said. "I know a lot of teams out there are probably doing it, because they believe this draft is going to be one of the biggest drafts that's happened in a long time.

"But for me, I haven't really paid attention to it. I think we're not going out there just to lose for the draft because I think we still want to be in the league. These guys are coming in to take our spots, so, I'm not about to give up for somebody else to come in and take my spot."

And.. at least the coach seems to be on the players' side:

Not that there's much left for D'Antoni to say. Jodie Meeks said the coach addressed the team on Friday after the Lakers' 112-95 loss to the Golden State Warriors to impart a final message as the season winds down.

"He was just saying, 'Finish it out,' " Meeks said. "He was behind us. He knows that it's been a tough year for him, our organization and everybody that's affiliated with the Lakers, because nobody is used to losing this much. He was just saying it's not fair the hand that we've been dealt some of the time, but he's with us, he's behind us and he still has confidence in us."

I want the Jazz to lose to the Lakers more than anything, but I have a hard time believing it will actually happen.

Last home game, fans hate the Lakers, Lakers are horrible, now Fan Appreciation Night.... doesn't look too promising.

Hopefully I'm wrong. As I mentioned the other day, this game could still be the difference between finishing 3rd/4th and 6th.

Well I am sure that a bunch of Jazz fans already sold their tickets to Laker fans so it will probably be more of a home game for the Lakers.

Well Memphis is still alive in the playoff race... so LAL should lose really lose that one, unless Nickkk Young got Hottt from the 3pt line.

No GS is in the playoffs. That race is over. We want a Lakers win to put some distance between them and us.
