4 teams who went after snyder and none of them were any better for it, in the short term OR even in the long term.

C'mon, you all are forgetting a couple of real obvious ones:

1. Mo Williams will be wearing #16 for the Jazz this season.
2. Best poster on Jazzfanz has the number 16 as part of his name.
 
Also, the 70's featured the hit single, "Only Sixteen" by some basketball player named Dr. Hook. Or at least he should have been a bball player with that name.

Point #1 was mentioned in post #14. Your lack of simple research suggests that Point #2 is likely incorrect.
