unless all the mocks are wrong Kanter will be gone. Toronto wants a more physical presence inside and definitley look like the team to take him.

I heard they wanted a true center to pair with Bargnani. That tells me they'll take Biyombo or maybe Valanciunas. But we'll see. One of those guys will be available when the Jazz pick and there are worse things.

Biyambo not exactly a true center and Jonas may not be able to come over next year. If Kanter is at 6 we take him!

Not exactly, but to be more specific they wanted a defensive/rebounding center to basically allow Bargnani to do his best Nowitski impersonation. I have my doubts Valanciunas will be strong enough to be a starting 5 (at least anytime soon) and Kanter is not a defensive big, nor is he any more of a C than Biyombo is. But this is obviously all speculation.

Correct. The top 3 picks are open for anyone. On that note, if those top three picks go to people that are behind us in the draft order, we move down to the #9 pick, or if two behind us move up we become #8, etc.

Only guy I'm really low on, who I wouldn't want at any of the picks, is Terrence Jones. I really don't see him as making it in the NBA.

I don't think I want Valanciunas at 6 because of his contract status. Obvious pickup if he's still there at 12.

I like Biyombo at six, because standing reach of 9'2" tells me you're a center.

Almost time to come up with a top 12 big board.
