2012-2013 Random Trade Ideas thread

The Cavs have one of the worst front courts in the NBA, but I don't know who I'd want from them. This is the best I could come up with:

https://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=ajl73op

and have them throw in a future first. top 5 lotto protected in 2014? I'd go for that.

ive been saying the Cavs are the best trade partner for on of our expiring bigs but it was for Paul (I still think Al's offense is too valuable if we're making a playoff push this year)...

Paul for Walton, Zeller, & their LAL pick (dont see them forking over theirs or SAC for Paul)
This trade also works if we insert Al but then I would ask them for the better of SAC/their pick)

Interesting trade. I'd prefer J-Rich over Young because of overall basketball ability, but 3 years is too long for that old guy.
Jefferson would definitely be THE guy to put next to Bynum because of offensive ability.
How so you know this trade works after Dec. 15th?

Since Hawes and Young were free agents that signed with Philly, they can't be trade traded until December 15th or 2 months after they signed, whichever is later.

Does anyone really believe the Jazz will make a mid-season trade?

This is our ship boys. Learn to love it.

OKC Trades:
Kendrick Perkins
Eric Maynor
Jeremy Lamb

Utah Trades:
Al Jefferson
Jamaal Tinsley

Why for OKC: This trade would give them the best inside/outside game in the NBA.

Why for Utah: Utah adds a two nice young pieces in Maynor and Lamb. Perkins would be a more economical 3rd big than Millsap who will likely command 10+ million a year next season.

No one else noticed that giving Al to Orlando for nothing didn't change either team's wins or losses.

Jazz should try to get that top 14 protected Philly pick out of Miami. I wonder if a hot shooting Foye interests them at trade deadline.

That Toronto with bottom and top split protection would be even better. It would be so nice if they were convinced Al Jefferson was the piece they need to beet Miami.

Maybe Eric Gordon getting traded to the jazz would heal his aching knees? Al Jefferson would play well next to Anthony Davis. We will throw in roger Braille and burks too if they give us Austin rivers to ride our bench? He should have stayed at duke and got his degree.

I can't see the Jazz going after a player just signed into a max deal. And we'd need to get bigs in return, New Orleans won't have a roster that has Ryno, Jefferson, Davis, Robin Lopez, and Hakeem Warrick.
