It gets more and more interesting.

"New EPIC-MRA poll in Michigan shows a virtual dead heat: Romney 46-46% over Obama. Obama led 47-43% in April poll." That is off CNN

Also Obama raised 60M in May and Romney raised 77M in May. This is going to be a drag out dog fight.

Having Michigan and Wisconsin as battleground states has to worry Obama. Another recent poll showed Obama up in Virginia. So it is still very much an up in the air contest.

That is a stupid question as I obviously do. Is your response is to bury your head in the sand again? If so then good riddance (not because it is you but because people who do that deserve what they get). Yes they may not be who we want but they are who we got. Washing your hands of everything just ensures that you will never get the man you want.

Your uneducated use of the word "stupid" immediately turns me off of your opinion.
No, my response is to protest the inauguration of either worthless candidate.... but at the same time we all know one of the two is going to get elected.
I do wash my hands of either candidates choices considering I voted in the Utah Republican primary.

It's also not about getting the man we want, it's about getting a man/woman with some actual ideals.... that doesn't need to play politics and spout rhetoric about things they never intend to do anyway.
They're both horrible people, and I fully expect the Constitution to be eroded even further than Obama did if Romney is elected.
 
what is all this crying over the Constitution. The last party that trampled you civil liberties was the GOP. I'm sick of all this crying over nothing. Obama isn't going to make you listen to rap, eat chicken wings, and go to school. Do what ever you want in life you are free. LOL unless you have debt then you my friend are not free.

Well I figured that the man/woman you want would have ideals. That's why you would want them. I kind of gave you the benefit of the doubt there.

As for the question it was either thoughtless or stupid as I have just shown interest in the subject. As for horrible people you do not know them personally so your opinion on that is baseless. You may not like their politics but that does not mean they are "horrible people".

Yup it is only the right that is against the people. I liked you and had no problem talking to you but you are getting close to One Brow territory.

Constantly whining about Kevin O'Conner this, and Kevin O'Conner that.....

So I guess people like you prefer to being wire tapped, prefer having all their texts messages read by Homeland Security..... and just love that the military can now freely police the streets with no oversight.

The Constitution made this country what it is, and if you think you're actually free just because you have no debt...... I suggest you pay a little more attention to bills your congress has passed in the last 5 years.
 
I'm not saying that exactly but the last civil liberties that were intruded on in a large way were during the bush administration and the who patriot act getting passed. I just hate people crying about the constitution acting like God himself wrote it.

I personally don't care for either candidate and I won't be voting. I would have voted for Huntsman had he got the GOP nomination.

Haha nice.
There's plenty of people in this country that love the Constitution, but aren't even religious or believe in a God.
It's the one document in history that guarentees freedom and civil rights. Without it, most of us wouldn't even be here because our ancestors would've had no reason to immigrate here.

Bush eroded civil liberties more than Obama, but Obama is still eroding them further than Bush did, in many ways.

Let's not go overboard. Most Western countries have document guaranteeing civil liberties of one sort or another, some of which inspired the wording of the Constitution.

I agree with you. Bush was awful, Obama a nightmare, and Romney will probably be something between a disaster and apocalyptic, especially if he has Republican majorities in both houses.

Why? We're hostage to a system that works against us. A media that has worked tirelessly to obscure the actual issues and divide the populace over nonsensical "socialism v capitalism" garbage. The politicians and their backers have hijacked the system to make sure nobody who's interested in actual change can get elected. And they've done all of this while convincing everyone that dissent is tantamount to treason, while they continue to erode our liberties, destroy our institutions, and rob us of what we built with our sweat and blood.

No. I won't be voting.

Since you clearly have a problem with everything here and don't seem to be willing to make an effort to fix it...maybe you should move to somewhere else.
