I would say that our economy is in the tank because look at how much money is flowing to corrupt our politicians instead of investing in America by getting those who are unemployed back to work.

I was replying to the idea that SCOTUS passed this therefore it is unbiased. By saying right now the supreme court is 5 to 4 conservative. I won't argue that is could swing back to the liberals but this was passed under a conservative majority. Therefore it is conservative once again defenders of the constitution by mouth only.

Yes, I'm not say that you are bias. Just this ruling is.
Probably (I did not look at the video) but no more so than the bias that would be evident in a 5-4 liberal leaning Supreme Court.
