I like how despite all that you don't argue the premise of RE agent's opinion being void only because he is a RE agent regardless of number of papers he's got in his wall. Do you really feel the need to prove something to someone on the internet from the opposite side of the world? That alone speaks volumes despite the fact all my comments were with a tongue in cheek..
Dude, chill, no one or very few care how much money you've got or who you are. You are taking yourself too seriously on this board.
 
well I can attest to some of the things on that list. I also have deep respect for pkm, primarily what he did for my son.

Incorrect. I don't take this board seriously at all.
You made THREE comments putting down real estate agents, whether tongue-in-cheek or not, and I can be a real punch back kind of guy. Believe me I am chill.
But your willingness to joke about the low value of real estate agent's opinions made me decide to swap sides of the table.

You seem to be the one to have gotten mad.

I am not mad in the leastest.. I was just having fun. People that know me know that I am good-hearted, but also look for opportunities to let my cockiness spring free. :)
