BTP, I am not saying Conley is worse/better than Rondo or Rubio. He is good at what he does and he is used accordingly in the system Memphis runs. It's stupid to compare column by column stats pass-first creative PG who deliver 40%+ AST% to Conley who do not have such task on his hands to begin with. Conley would be an awful fit for Jazz, for example, but amazing for Lakers. I considered Conley as well but given players left on the board decided pick Rubio over him because I need a player like Rubio to run my team properly. However, I completely understand that 80% of voters will be voting for bigger names first closely followed by basic stats and very few would try to think how players fit.
