I called Daddy's for you. They said they would give you the special drink prices if you wore assless chaps on pantless night.
Sadly establishments of this level of low-classiness are harder to find in Phoenix. The best I've found is a place called the Nu-Town saloon. They occasionally run "black out" nights where about 40% of the bar is taken up by a large opaque tent that no one can see in or out of. I've never been inside but I presume it's nearly completely dark in there. Based upon what I've seen during their Sunday "Bust-A-Nut" beer bashes I'm entirely certain I know what happens inside the tent. The establishment can never acknowledge it knows though.
One of my favorite games is to ask the bartender what's in the tent when I get a drink. I usually get very awkward looks and response along the lines of "Ummm.....It's a place where people.....socialize."
