I find drafting coaches...Lame. Makes write-ups needless. Lets just draft 10 players.

I would suggest do the draft, then start a separate one round draft for a coach and re-randomize it again. Thoughts?

Well. If you pick Jerry Sloan, you know how your team is going to play therefore you don't need establish a philosophy or a style of basketball your team wants to play. You will just need to put some stats for the players.
 
Just completed a trade with Ellis269.

1 & 57 for 4 & 25.

My updated picks: 4, 25, 28, 29, 56, 84, 85, 112.
 
So how the hell do we make 14 work? Will the extra two get ousted in the poll where the teams that get byes because they have the lowest votes?

And I like this. Snake-order doesn't compensate the people at the end of the first and last rounds adequately. This would help. If we do coaches, though, the rule needs to be that they're at least still alive.

I kinda like it too. It would be interesting to at least try doing coaches and see how it goes, and I think this would be a good way to do it.
