2015-2016 NBA Thread

If this is not history. I don't know what is.
He tied the record for most 3s in a game and has already broken his own record for most 3s in a season... and broke Korver's record for consecutive games with a 3.

Dude is simply unreal; an all time great.

Think about this nugget too. He's broken the record for 3's in a season with 24 games left and despite the fact that he's sat the 4th quarter in about 20 games this year. Crazy. Absolutely insane.

#demonic

And he most scary part is when the camera zooms to his face as he looks stable to a far spot with these demonic eyes as if he will avenge something.

I know they won it all last year but Curry was mediocre against the Cavs. To be in the conversation as the best point guard ever, he's going to have to have a better Finals, should they make it this year, imo.

I'm confident that he will

In the Finals he averaged 26 points / 6 assists / 5 rebounds / 2 steals / 39% from 3 on 11 attempts per game. I would hardly call that mediocre. Those are essentially the same numbers he put up during the regular season (and won MVP).

Finals MVP should have gone to either Curry or LeBron.

I know it's early to talk about being an all time great, but Steph is definitely something else. Some things he does, I have never seen anyone like that, and it's damn exciting. He is the blood this league has been looking for for sure. A unique kind of talent that will conquer.

Curry shot 44.3% from the floor with a TS% of 58.5%. He was 48.7%/63.8% in the regular season.

He was 5-23 in game two and just average outside of that and their defense, team ball and Iggy stepping up was why they won imo.

Minnesota should have drafted Curry,... but then he would be miserable and might not be the Curry that we know and love today.

His first shot at the ring. The hunger probably made him try and push a bit too hard. I think he will play much more calm like a regularity game in the finals series assuming that they will beat OKC and/or San Antonio.

Why would you say that? Curry was a shooter all along. I think he would be just as good. The league should watch out for teams like Minnesota and Milwaukee and maybe even Philadelphia in the upcoming years and I'm not joking.
