Hard cap is stupid. I dont agree with putting a limit on how much people can make if people are able to pay them.

Yes, max contracts should not exist and nearly everyone who is smart agrees on that.

I dont believe in limiting what a person can earn if their employer is willing to pay them. It's simple ethics for me.

And what disadvantage does that eliminate? A small market team could have a massively rich owner (see the Blazers). Is that really helping them? Please stfu about a hard cap. We aren't communist.
